Objectives
Algemeen Recht offers an overview of all different branches in Belgian law that are used in the world of real estate. After having obtained a thorough knowledge of aforesaid concepts, the students should have enough insight into the matter to apply the acquired knowledge in realistic and practical situations.
Later on will be build on the basic principles and knowledge in specific courses.

After an introduction to law and legal principles the basic principles of the following branches will be studied:

  3. Contract law
  4. Liability
  5. Law of property
  6. Law of inheritance
  7. Commercial law
  8. Tax law
