Objectives
After having acquired a thorough knowledge of the principal laws and regulations concerning social law and social security law, the students are supposed to be able to apply them in specific business situations. On labour level, the students should know the binding elements concerning employment and production process. In addition to that, they should gain insight into the principals of commercial law and intellectual aspects of knowledge occurring in business.
