Objectives
Students experience how it is to work in a normal work surrounding relating to their study option.
Students gain practical experience during their work in the laboratory and/or in the production unit of a company or at a university/research institute.
Students can use their findings (completely or partly) as a basis for their final report. The report consists of some literature relating the subject, the methods, materials and equipment used, findings and their interpretation. Students have to present their report in front of a jury.

Topics
Performing analyses and gathering information and results concerning a certain subject in a company or at a research institute.
Written and oral presentation of data and findings as taught in the course 'Technical documents and reports'.

Prerequisites
All the knowledge the student has acquired during the courses in the chemistry branch.
