Objectives
The course is divided in 2 parts: theory and exercises.

Theory real estate management
There are different aspects concerning the management of a real estate: patrimonial law, law of inheritance, tax law, etc. All these aspects are studied profoundly and illustrated by practical case studies. The student should get an broad insight in the management of real estate from the financial, commercial, tax and juridical point of view.

Exercises real estate management
During the several case studies the students get an insight in the practical organisation of the office of a real estate agent.
