For the course "Interdisciplinary Cases" an interdisciplinary approach has been adopted for the courses International Marketing, English and French. Depending on the language in which the students present their case study in international marketing, they get special guidance to optimize their communicative skills in English (or French).

This module consists of two parts
  1. The first part consists of10 hours of classes. Subjects are broached which are relevant for the language and terminology used in international marketing and have a direct bearing on the case study the students have to work on. The focus is on the language of marketing, presentations, resources such as international publications, bodies and organisations in the field of international marketing. Moreover, students are also given information about language-related aspects that may be helpful in their future careers such as putting together a CV in English, letter of application, resources for finding jobs abroad.
  2. The second part of the module is spent on coaching each of the groups as they prepare their case study and especially the public presentation (script, PowerPoint, aspects of English such as intonation, pronunciation, stock phrases )
