Objectives
The course will form a complex with the courses on civil law, teached in the 2d and the 3th year.
The mean of the instruction is to give the student the background knowledge he will need in his later profession.
The student will obtain during the course the ability in making contracts and the ability to solve problems concerning contractright, and law of things.
Topics
The course explore the introducing course on " general and civil law" and will met the accent on personal - and familylaw.
It's the first part of a course who is given during tree years.
This year civil law is given.
This is : persons - identification - competence - incompetence - models of living together - dissolution of the model - descent - adoption- parental power.
During the year the student has to examined a free chosen matter, concerning the course. This matter must be done in writing, and oral. Its will be evaluated by the teacher and the class. The purpose of this work is to stimulate the student to independent juridical thinking.
