Objectives
The purpose of the Social Law course is to gain insight and knowledge about various social security items which were not treated during the second year course.
The state in which social security finds itself will be illuminated .Imported texts (about the study and practice of law ,legal literature) will be read and critically analysed The student learns how to acquire and digest information efficiently. The student has to be able to formulate legal advice about limited social security problems
Social Security Law will be practised and commentated.

The social security provisions for the self -employed labourforce: especially the differences with employees not-self-employed.

Assessment
First examination: oral examination 80% probes the knowledge and practical insight in the studymatter.
The permanent evaluation counts for 20%and is an evaluation of the student's papers and exercises.
Second examination session: : oral exam: 100%
Examination Board Flemish Community: First and second exam session: oral exam 100%.
