Objectives

Students should deepen and broaden their lay knowledge on companies and commercial contracts, and, moreover, get acquainted with the standard documents and contracts used in business practice.
Be able to look for, to make an inventory of, to recollect sources containing legal data.
To recognize and to solve problems, to formulate motivated point of view and to analyse and comment the point of view of others.
