Objectives
The student obtains a basic knowledge by means of a juridical and a mathematical understanding of life-insurance principles and learns to use a life-insurance product as a fiscal instrument. Commercial considerations and exercises on tariffs and premium-calculations will help the student to prospect all kind of life-insurance products.

1. Individual life-insurance from Branch 21 and Branch 23 in Belgium:
  • Traditional life-insurances
  • Universal Life products
  • Universal Life - Unit linked products
completed with juridical, financial and fiscal implications from each Branch.

2. Group-insurances

Prerequisites
Students need to have a basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics and Technic of insurance.
