  1. General principles: characteristics and realisation of labour and social security law
  2. Individual Labour law: the labour contract
    2.1. Closing the employment contract
    2.2. Carrying out the labour contract (trial period, obligations)
    2.3. Suspending the labour contract (sick leave and accident, pregnancy and maternity leave, industrial accident, vacation period)
    2.4. Ending the labour contract
  3. Collective Labour law
    3.1. Collective labour connections on national level (joint committees, trade unions, collective agreements, employers' federations)
    3.2. Collective labour connections in the company (trade union delegations, committee for prevention and protection, works council)

No specific prerequisites, but the students must have the general knowledge acquired after having finished 1 year of High Scool.
