Objectives
Understanding that the success of a company is mainly determined by effort, commitment, know-how, creativity and flexibility of the staff. Acquiring the notion that traditional tasks such as hiring personnel, promotion, introduction, pay,dismissal and training are passed to line management. The role of the personal department is of a constructive, supporting nature it also has to create initiatives. Acquiring the notion that a competitive advantage is based on quality, motivation, momentum of change, innovation, customer-oriented approach and flexibility. As these features are closely linked with quality, talent, skills, experience and values of co-workers, the students learn to discover that in themselves and this way the necessary skills and basic attitudes are acquired to use these features.

Prerequisites


Topics
The traditional human resources policy, recruitment, functioning, training, quality. Additional emphasis is put on
quality programs, motivation, customer-oriented approach, internal marketing, effective leadership, flexibility, development of organisation, negotiating, assertiveness, corporate culture. The course studies these subjects from the three perspectives: strategies, culture and structure.
