Objectives
The students are given a theoretical base to understand the creation of gardens through the ages as a result of geography, climate and ethnic and social factors. This is a course to study and comprehend the evolution of garden design by structural and philosophical analyses of grounds and design-programmes of historic gardens. The students get an acknowledgement of specific terms and features of historic garden design.
